Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many VCM products are made to order or released in limited quantities, certain items may sell out or be discontinued without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors, graphics, and apparel accurately. However, colors and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment materials, and production processes.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. VCM reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse of promotions.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our production process.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Many VCM products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, and shipping carrier delays.
Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed. VCM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are made to order, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor color or print variations
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and work to resolve the problem.
Custom Designs & Team Orders
Customers submitting custom artwork, logos, slogans, or designs confirm that they own or have permission to use the submitted content.
VCM reserves the right to refuse designs that:
- Infringe on trademarks or copyrights
- Contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
- Violate applicable laws or platform policies
For custom team orders, final approval of artwork, quantities, and spelling is the responsibility of the customer prior to production.
Design Submissions & Promotions
By submitting a design idea, suggestion, or contest entry to VCM, you grant us permission to review, modify, reproduce, and potentially use the submission for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Gift card giveaways, influencer promotions, and contests may be modified or canceled at any time.
Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, branding, product designs, logos, images, and text are the property of Vintage Cheer Merch unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or use VCM content without written permission.
Influencer & Affiliate Collaborations
